Lyft Hubs: In-Person Offices for Drivers are Now CLOSED

By Doug H, Updated December 2, 2022 4 Comments

Lyft used to have support offices—called Hubs—where drivers could get in-person help with account issues

But as of November 4, 2022, all Lyft Hubs are closed. You can’t get in-person help from Lyft.

No more Lyft Hubs!

All driver support options are now in the Lyft app or at help.lyft.com.

How drivers can contact Lyft

  • Report issues with individual rides in Earnings
  • Go to Menu > Support and Safety > Get Help to find support articles and Contact Us buttons
  • At help.lyft.com: Read support articles and find Contact buttons
  • Send a Tweet to @AskLyft
  • Full guide: How drivers can contact Lyft

What were Lyft Hubs?

Lyft Hubs were in-person offices where Lyft drivers could get help. At a Lyft Hub, Lyft representatives helped with account issues, app issues, and any other support issues for drivers.

Visiting a Lyft Hub was a good option if you had a complicated problem that you couldn’t solve with in-app messaging or other online support.

Regarding Accessibility for motorized wheelchairs in Texas, for contacting another transportation service in Fort Worth (Tarrant County), TX the website shows a link for DART – Dallas Area Rapid Transit. That is for Dallas (Dallas County) NOT Fort Worth nor anywhere in Tarrant County. Please correct this misinformation to those who require a wheelchair & have to look for some form of alternative yet accessible transportation. This wastes their time in getting nowhere with this misinformation. Thank you.
