You may have noticed that The Rideshare Guy is now promoting a few online courses for drivers. There’s one for Uber/Lyft drivers called Maximum Ridesharing Profits and one for delivery drivers called Maximum Delivery Profits.
If you’re wondering what’s actually inside those courses, I enrolled in both and took a look. Read on for my reviews of both courses, and learn if there is anything in these courses that you can’t find anywhere else!
Benefits of The Rideshare Guy’s Courses
- Tons of content – Each course has 2+ hours of video content
- Wide focus – All aspects of driving are discussed
- Plenty of advanced tactics – Goes beyond the basics and shares non-obvious tactics
- Professional, polished – Good video quality, well thought out course structure
Drawbacks of the Courses
- Cost – These could be a large investment for some drivers
Maximum Delivery Profits Review
Maximum Delivery Profits is advertised as a course that will help delivery drivers earn more as a delivery driver. It has content that mainly applies to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, and delivery apps. How does it live up to the hype?
The course is hosted at Teachable.com, so if you choose to enroll in the course, you’ll be directed to a Teachable cart then be given a Teachable login for the course.
Once inside, you see the full list of curriculum. You can watch videos in order or jump around.

Unique content in this course
If you’re a driver, you’ve probably seen lots of Youtube/TikTok vids and read articles online. Is there anything in this course that you won’t see elsewhere?
There were several unique lessons. “Are promotions always worth it?” gave an insightful take on bonuses and how to evaluate them in real time.
“Building your ‘do not do business’ list” was another unique one. It teaches how to screen out entire restaurants to streamline your day. Not every driver nows that you can fully blacklist restaurants, and this gives a method for doing that.
Final verdict: At the current price of $69, it’s a big investment for many drivers. But overall it was a professional course with quality content.
The information is well organized and well produced. You will definitely learn something new, especially if you’re a newer driver.
Maximum Ridesharing Profits Review
Maximum Ridesharing Profits is similar to Maximum Delivery Profits. The structure and style of the content is very similar: It mainly consists of instructional videos from expert drivers.
The instructor for this course is Jay Cradeur, who was a top contributor at The Rideshare Guy for many years.

Unique Content
Is there anything one-of-a kind to be found in this course? After taking the course, I thought that the following lessons were unique to this course.
“Driving strategies for max revenue” – The instructor Jay has 26k rides under his belt, and it shows in this video. He lists out several revenue strategies that your average driver likely has never heard of.
“Understanding your income and expenses” – Most of us don’t actually think about rideshare like a business. As a business, you live and die by income and expenses. This video teaches an easy method to keep track of your true profitability.
“What is your plan B?” – Another thing that we don’t always acknowledge in this industry is that rideshare isn’t forever. It was unique that this course has an entire section devoted to creating a plan B, for when rideshare no longer fits with your lifestyle or needs.
Final verdict: The price is currently $99. At the price point, it’s an investment that may not be for every driver. It’s a solid buy if you’re newer to rideshare and want to get all of your info in one go.
There is unique content in here that you won’t see on Youtube/TikTok/Reddit!
