I just received notice yesterday that my 2015 Chevy Trax is to old to drive for Lyft in South Dakota. I fell this is something that should be addressed as my car runs fine and I need to extra money. Can anyone tell me how to get this resolved, thanks

Unfortunately Lyft won’t budge on this decision. You’ll have to find a newer car to drive.

Lyft just informed me that my 2010 Kia is now too old for me to drive for them here in California. The above info infers that my car has another year to go. Does your info need to be updated or is Lyft wrong?

Currently the Lyft website says 2009 or newer is acceptable in CA. But they might be letting you know early that the minimum will change to 2010 next year in 2026. You likely have a few months to figure something out before they won’t let you go online with the 2010 vehicle
