How to apply to drive when you don’t have a car

If you don’t currently have access to a qualifying car, you can still apply to drive.

Visit the driver applications for Uber or Lyft and select “I need a car.” That option will allow you to complete the screening process without having access to a vehicle.

    QUESTION

    I am interested in renting a car through LYFT to become LYFT driver.. or just as personal rental ..
    Can you tell me how this works for Lyft rentals>>

      You start by applying to drive. During the application process you indicate that you want to rent a car. After you pass the background screening, Lyft will tell you what the local rental options are.
